ClearKey AES128 token is not working

Hi, 

I am creating a secret via below api for a Content key policy with ClearKey with AES128 encryption enabled. But the JWT token is not able to run the Hls video (same video is working fine without ClearKey encryption policy).

1. Do we need to create any license URL as well?
2. What's the default expiry of the JWT token or what's the max we can set?
3. Can we create single JWT for all streaming urls created by same Steaming endpoint & locator?
