Create Job API supports 'start' and 'end' subparameters and 'JobInputSequence' type.

I want to editing videos on MK/IO such as following case (triming, combining videos).

So, regarding the Create Job API, we would like to request compatibility with AMS for the following items.

- it is available 'start' and 'end' subparameters. (include supporting dataType "#Microsoft.Media.AbsoluteClipTime" and "#Microsoft.Media.UtcClipTime" )

- it is available 'JobInputSequence' type.

- it can encode from mp4 or webm to mp4
