I have 2 MediaKind subscriptions. Both of them were verified within a reasonable timeframe.

I've since played around with it a bit, liked it, and laid out a migration plan to get us off Azure Media Services and onto MediaKind.

The first step of this plan is to change the player on our frontend to MKPlayer. The licence provided on my MKPlayer page does NOT work when deployed, only locally (although it appears that just about any string works as a licence key locally.)

When deployed to any live environment (dev, test, prod) I get a licence error. There is a very brief mention in the docs of having to whitelist domain names. I cannot for the life of me find any means of doing so myself. Last week I reached out via the chatbot, got no response, and so a couple days ago I emailed support and included the domain names I need whitelisted. Still no response.

Can someone assist? Am I doing the right thing here? What sort of time frame should I be expecting for someone to get my licence working?
