When trying to create an MP4 file from a livestreamed event that is no available for on demand playback, I keep getting an error.

When I select the asset that I want to transform, gc_state is my only option.

But then the job fails and i get this error:

Is this feature just not implemented yet? I know the roadmap lists a change regarding MP4 files, apparently still to arrive this month: https://docs.mk.io/docs/mp4v4. Is this related to my issue?

I notice that there has been no activity by a company employee in almost a week and a half, maybe even two weeks. I'm sure they're getting overwhelmed with last-minute Azure customers. It's taken days to get responses on support tickets. A little bit of effort here on the public forums would be nice to address issues that multiple users might be facing...
