Why MK/IO does not have built-in preset of "AdaptiveStreaming" ?

In AMS, I can create a transforms built-in preset is "AdaptiveStreaming", which means "Auto-generates a bitrate ladder based on the input resolution, bitrate and frame rate"

But in MK/IO, I can't see that option
