First-Time Account Setup for MK.IO via Azure Marketplace/AWS Marketplace:

This article explains how to create and activate your MK.IO account through the Azure/AWS Marketplace. It’s important to complete every step, especially filling in the Legal Information section to ensure your account gets approved and becomes active.

To sign up via marketplace:

  1. Navigate to the MK.IO website and click Get Started Now
  2. Choose your preferred authentication method:
    • Sign in with Microsoft (if you have Microsoft ID/Azure AD)
    • Create a new account (email and password)
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete account setup
  4. If you receive an invitation, you could join an existing organization or create a new one
  5. Select your preferred marketplace: Azure Marketplace or AWS Marketplace

Subscribing to a direct sales agreement:

If your company has signed a direct contract with MediaKind, you'll receive a redemption link. This path offers more flexibility, volume discounts, and professional services.

To redeem your direct sales link:

1.Follow your redemption link and sign in to MK.IO

2. If you don't have an account, click Create an account and choose:

o Login with Microsoft (requires Azure Active Directory/Entra ID)

o Continue with email (you'll need to provide organization details)

Create Your Organization and Fill Mandatory Details

If you are creating a new MK.IO account for the first time, you will be prompted to enter details for your organization.

Follow these steps:

· Enter your Organization Name and Email Address.

· Provide your Company Address, Country/Region, and Contact Number.

Important: Enter Legal Information (Mandatory) We must complete the Legal Information form during setup. If this step is skipped, your MK.IO account will not be approved and will remain in an Inactive state. The user will also be blocked until all required details are filled in and verified.
