Subscription is Pending Approval

When a Subscription is created and you log into your MK.IO subscription you see your subscription is still pending as such:



When a subscription is opened it requires to go through an approval process prior to activation, to ensure that the purchasing company is within good standing and has no red flags from a trade compliance perspective.  

This process can take a bit of time, but usually no more than 24-48 hours. If you see that your subscription is still pending and it has been beyond that time, this could be a browser caching issue and make require you to perform a hard refresh on your browser. 

To perform a hard refresh on your browser: 
  1. Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard.
  2. Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard.
